With the Northern Weyrs still highly populated and the Southern Weyrs out growing there population bracket there was need of some new ground. A wing of dragonriders led by an inspiring Junior Weyrwoman set out in hopes of finding a new and suitable land for a Weyr.
The area is lush and viable for habitation. The Weyr is located inland nestled between the protective arms of a deceased volcano. Across a big bay and Southwest of the Weyr, you will find Western Bay Hold, and east of there you will here music of every kind at the Western Bay Harper Hall.
